Awards/Endowments
Abhayan Smaraka Kendram announced cash awards during Palithra Narayanan Memorial Lecture held on September 23, 2014 in Kottayam by the district library council.
The awards have been dedicated in the names of the following individuals who have done commendable work during their lifetime.There were four category of awards and the recipients were awarded a cash prize of Rs 5000/- each.
Kannan Dayal - Best Librarian
Abhayan M - Best Reader( winner of the competition)
M S Sasidharan - Best Children's platform (Balavedi)
P Muraleemohan - Best Woman Library activist
